Growing up I was always fascinated by people, and was often the person people came to confide in. It’s not surprising, then, that I later chose a career in HR where I stayed for 20 years, working for small or medium organisations until I took my own journey of self discovery in 2021 and started my own consultancy and coaching business.
When I work with my clients I always question to understand the problem they’re experiencing, so I can give suitable solutions. I adapt my approach, so I know when to coach, and when to guide.
I take a holistic approach to life and work, which means I regularly make connections that others may not have noticed, enabling me to offer alternative solutions. Being heart-led, I bring empathy, humanity, and authenticity to my interactions, which build stronger, more trusting relationships and a thriving, purpose-driven ethos. I always start by understanding what the problem is and how it’s being experienced, what change is desired, and why this is important. As trust is important to me, if it’s something that isn’t in my capability or skill set, I’ll let you know.
