I’m a Professional Development Consultant with more than twenty years experience in the people space as an HR leader, which means I understand how to engage and motivate people, but also how to meet the needs of the organisation – I bring the blend.

Facilitating teams or project groups to understand their unique strengths and differences, raising awareness about how this impacts their behaviours and ripples through their communication, adaptability, decision-making, and appetite for action.
Through a tailored coaching programme, I work 1:1 with people who have been absent from a business long- term, or newly promoted to leadership, or new to an organisation, to successfully integrate them into the business. A tailored programme to engage efficiently and effectively.
Working with CEOs and Founders to develop a people strategy when they go from start-up to scale-up, it’s a two-pronged approach, providing expert advice about the how, what, and when but also coaching to ensure there’s clarity around the important – why. This positively impacts future employee acquisition as well as retention.
